Q: HOW DOES BUMPERS ETC. AUTO BODY & COLLISION MATCH THE COLOR TO MY CAR?
A: Every vehicle has a factory paint code located in a specific area. Each code gets put into our color match program through Sherwin Williams Automotive Finishes. This program allows us to have high accuracy and allows us to pinpoint each variable of every color code.
We also use our newest state of the art 4 lens color-matching camera with technician training through the Sherwin Williams Automotive Finishes program, which allows us to have a secure sense in the quality and satisfaction of our products being used.
Q: WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE DO YOU HAVE ON YOUR PAINT?
A: We are so confident in our paint refinish products that we have a lifetime guarantee on all of our paint and refinish repairs for as long as you still own your vehicle. This guarantee covers paint peeling to paint fading. (All rust repairs and typical stone chips do not apply).
Q: DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE CLAIMS?
A: Yes, insurance claims are welcome. We will work with all insurance companies, striving to give you a streamlined process and assisting you along the way!
Q: MUST I USE THE AUTO BODY SHOP RECOMMENDED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
