Bumpers Etc. Auto Body & Collision did an outstanding job with the repair of my Toyota 4-Runner! Their attention to detail was amazing and they made my car look brand new. I don't even know where to start. Working with Dustin and Nate was amazing. The professionalism and quality this body shop delivers is unquestionably top notch. My jeep was in terrible condition when I dropped it off. They replaced pretty much the whole passenger side from front to rear, including 2 wheels. I could not be happier when seeing it after bumpers etc worked their magic. Literally looks like the day I bought it in the showroom, absolutely perfect! Highly recommend them for any of your autobody needs.

I received some damage to the rear bumper area of my vehicle. Went to Bumpers Etc, explained what had happened. They immediately looked at the damage and gave me some options and recommended alternatives. Took their advice, made an appointment. The repair was done in a timely manner and the results were perfect. They did an excellent job. The company employees are extremely curious, helpful and caring. Best choice ......Best results!

My mother's car was there for extensive repairs, and I was flying home in one day. Not only did the car look amazing, but they went above and beyond to have the car ready before I had to leave. Great friendly customer service and attention to detail.

Back in December I got door dinged in a parking lot. I swung by the first week of January to get a quote from Bumpers Etc. and discovered the shop was closed for cleaning/refreshing. Regardless of the fact that they were closed, the owner Nate still came out and talked to me and gave me some options for repair (the first sign of good customer service!). I called back the next week and spoke to Dustin to set up my car for a PDR (pointless dent repair) and paint touchup on the dinged spot. Dustin was pleasant to talk to and very helpful in getting the appointment set up. The following week I brought my car in for the PDR and paint touch-up. The next day I received the call that the repair was completed. I went to pick up the car and noticed the paint touchup was not completed. I called and spoke to Nate, and through our conversation I realized I has miscommunicated with Dustin when I set up the appointment and had only set up the PDR. Even though the paint touchup not being completed was 100% MY fault, Nate insisted on owning it and taking care of it for me on his dime. Through quality repair work and exemplary customer service, Bumpers Etc. has gained a customer for life (although hopefully I don't have to visit them much 😄)! I can't express enough my satisfaction with my experience at this shop and highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work for their vehicle! Thank you to Nate & Dustin and the entire Bumpers Etc. team!

Great local company! I chose Bumpers, Etc. to do my body repairs after I was hit by another driver. They corresponded with my auto insurance and kept me informed throughout the repair process. My car came back looking good as new and I was pleased with the friendly service.

On Halloween I had gotten into an accident. Dustin and Nate, both, walked me through their process and had me call the insurance company to get it started. Once started they got my vehicle in with an appointment as soon as they could without hesitation. It is a night and day difference with the repairs they have done. My Husband and I are MORE THAN happy with the results (see photos). My husband had me call them because he will NOT let any other shop that is NOT Bumpers Etc. touch any of his cars!!! I cannot thank Nate, Dustin, & their team enough for their hard work, communication through this process, and just overall taking care of their customers. Locally owned shops are WAY BETTER THAN those corporate places. For ANY car work that you need done, Nate, Dustin, & their team ARE the way to go! Hands down the best shop around, if I could rate more than 5 stars - I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT!

I was blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and their concern for my car. This place lives up to the hype. They walked me through the entire process with insurance and car rental to make sure I was taken care of. When I received the repaired car from them, I was blown away. They made the car look brand new. Not only cleaning up the repair, but cleaning up the whole car. Definitely would recommend their services.
